Group Classes
We offer group classes for adults, kids and teens as well as private lessons taught by Vera and Jack. Our classes are based on knowledge derived from a wealth of Historical Martial Arts treatises, written by weapon masters from the 14th to 19th centuries.
As you train, drill, and spar in our classes, we ensure you feel welcome and engaged. We focus on building a strong foundation and helping you thrive. Together, we develop good habits and reflexes that will empower you to improve and excel, no matter your current level.

Whether you’re an experienced HEMA fighter looking for a HEMA club or a complete beginner who’s never held a sword before, come join us for your Swordpunch experience.
Our adult group classes take place at various locations across London and are offered as either 1-hour classes of training techniques and form (£15) or 2-hour sessions with additional sparring (£22.50).
We also host Swordpunch Night of Blades, a special evening dedicated to sparring across all weapons, including freeplay, games, and friendly competitions.
Training equipment is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own HEMA-safe weapons and gear.

Private Lessons & Group Seminars
If you’d like to start with a more personalised approach or have a specific goal based on your experience, our private lessons are the perfect choice. You pick the weapon, and we’ll teach you how to wield it! With your individual goals in mind, we’ll create a tailored training plan just for you. Not sure where to start? No worries, we’ll guide you every step of the way on your personal sword fighting journey.
Private lessons are £40 per hour, with an introductory rate of £35 for your first session and additional discounts for block bookings of 5 or 10 hours.
We also offer customised group and team-building seminars upon request.
